01Who we are
Vestiae ("we") operates vestiae.com, a resale service for designer fashion. For any question about your data, write to privacy@vestiae.com.
02What we collect
Account data (name, email, sign-in provider), profile data you choose to provide (phone, city, country, social handle), the pieces you list (descriptions and photos), your linked marketplace usernames, and the messages you send us. We do not collect bank details on this website.
03Why we use it
To provide the service you requested (contract), to answer your enquiries (legitimate interest or consent), to secure the platform against abuse (legitimate interest), and to meet our legal obligations. We never sell your data.
04Who processes it
Our infrastructure is provided by Google Cloud and Firebase (authentication, database, file storage, hosting) and Cloudflare (DNS and network security). Data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
05Cookies
We only use what is strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies. If we ever add audience measurement, we will ask for your consent first.
06How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, then up to 3 years for commercial records, and as long as required by accounting law for sales records.
07Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent. You can delete your account directly from your profile. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
