Terms of service
01The service
Vestiae helps owners of designer fashion sell their pieces, by preparing listings and, depending on the plan, by handling authentication, photography, publication on third-party marketplaces, buyer relations and shipping.
02Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure.
03Your pieces
You declare that every piece you entrust or list is authentic, that you own it, and that you are free to sell it. We may refuse or withdraw any piece that does not meet our standards.
04Commission and payout
No fee is charged unless a piece sells. The commission of your plan applies to the final sale price, after marketplace fees. Payouts are made by bank transfer within 7 days of the buyer's confirmation of receipt.
05Third-party marketplaces
Sales made on Vinted, Vestiaire Collective, eBay or any other marketplace are also governed by that marketplace's own terms. Vestiae is not affiliated with these marketplaces.
06Liability
Pieces in our care are insured against loss and damage up to their agreed value. Our liability is otherwise limited to the extent permitted by law.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
